Hydrosols are produced by distilling fresh leaves, fruits, flowers, and other plant materials. According to Suzanne Catty, author of Hydrosols: The Next Aromatherapy , defined “Hydrosols are the condensate water co-produced during the steam- or hydro-distillation of plant material for aromatherapeutic purposes."

The distinction between hydrosols and essential oils, the aromatic waters are much less concentrated and gentler than their essential oil counterparts. This unique characteristic of hydrosols make them perfect to be an alternative to essential oils for using with babies, children and the elderly, and can be generally applied directly on the skin without further dilution.

We ‘re proud of being able to provide some of the hydrosols are specifically distilled plants for the resulting hydrosol ONLY , which leaves the hydrosols with excellent performance in aroma quality and therapeutic benefit.
